CareerForum is a career discovery platform built for students and young professionals in Botswana. We bring mentors, career insights, and real industry data together in one friendly place - so figuring out what's next doesn't have to be a guessing game.
Too many talented young people make career choices in the dark: without access to professionals in the fields they dream about, and without data on where opportunities actually are. CareerForum exists to close that gap.
A directory of experienced professionals across Botswana, matched to students for one-on-one guidance and bookable sessions.
A friendly psychometric assessment that surfaces your strengths and feeds personalised career and mentor recommendations.
Real industry data and labour-market insights, so career decisions are grounded in what's actually happening in Botswana.
Video journeys from professionals across the country - proof of what's possible, told by people who've done it.
Thuto, our AI career assistant, is built with a Botswana-specific voice. Ask about career paths, study options, or the local job market and get answers grounded in your context - not generic advice written for somewhere else.
Whether you're a student exploring options, a professional wanting to give back as a mentor, or an organisation supporting youth development, CareerForum is built for you.
