    The mentor database sits behind sign-in. Here's the whole route from nothing to a booked session.

      Sign up with your email. Accounts are free, and only signed-in students can see mentor profiles.

      Fifteen questions, about three minutes. It builds your strengths profile - there are no wrong answers.

      Your profile is scored against every approved mentor. You get a ranked shortlist with names, industries and availability.

      Request a session

      Pick a slot from a mentor's availability and send a request. The mentor accepts or declines, and it shows up in your portal.

    Why the database is private. Mentors are volunteers giving their own time. We never publish their names, employers or contact details publicly - profiles appear only inside a signed-in student account, and mentors choose which requests to accept.

    What the programme actually is

    Matched on strengths, not luck

    The Talent Mapper scores fifteen work traits. Mentors are ranked by how well their expertise lines up with yours, so your shortlist is short and relevant.

    Vetted professionals

    Every mentor applies, and an administrator reviews and approves the profile before it can be matched to a student. No open directory, no cold outreach.

    Sessions on their availability

    Mentors publish the days and times they're free. You request one; they confirm. Sessions run about 45 minutes.

    Course choices, first CV, switching fields, what a job is actually like day to day - the sessions work best when you arrive with something specific.
